Mailing list members are people that have subscribed to a specific mailing list to get regular email messages, such as weekly newsletters. If the mailing list client that is used to administer the list permits it, you can also authorize mailing list members manually, but in this case such messages may be recognized as being unsolicited and reported as spam by the users. Traditionally, these members can unsubscribe from a mailing list by clicking a link in the email messages they receive, or you, as the mailing list administrator, can remove them manually in case they ask for this or if you decide that some of the mailing list members should not be part of the list anymore. Each member will view only their own address in the "To" field of the messages they receive, but not the addresses of the other mailing list members.
Mailing List Members in Cloud Hosting
In case you have a Linux cloud hosting with us and you set up an Internet mailing list, you will be able to manage the list members seamlessly. You don’t even have to access your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, as you can do everything via email from any location whatsoever. By sending out emails with given commands to majordomo@yourdomain.com, you will get access to many options offered by our popular Majordomo app. You can view a complete list of all active members, or if you need – you can include/remove members. If you include a new mailbox, the given user will be informed and will have to confirm that they accept to be included in the mailing list. Removing a mailing list subscriber is also incredibly easy – you will just need to send an email message to the admin email address pertaining to the given mailing list.
Mailing List Members in Semi-dedicated Hosting
With our semi-dedicated hosting packages, there isn’t any limitation on the number of electronic mailing list subscribers that you can have. You can administer the subscriptions without any difficulty using the Majordomo mailing list client program that we provide with each and every semi-dedicated server account and once you create a new mailing list through the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you’ll be able to import new subscribers. The latter will receive an email message in order to verify that they wish to get your newsletters in the future and as soon as they do that, they will be included in the mailing list.
