For this reason, we will perform all that for you for free!Our highly professional technical team reps will move your web site content from your current hosting provider to us. Our technicians have got plenty of experience with web site migration and can take care of everything – from an ordinary WordPress–driven weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–driven site, to a highly complex, custom–built web app.

A: We strive to perform all web site migrations as quickly as possible. Still, we do not have a fixed time frame for website migrations. There are several things that you have to consider – the mere size of your website and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We always try to accomplish each migration in less than 48 hours. With smaller websites, our team usually manages to finish in under 24 hours.

A: We do not require any sensitive details. We will require, though, the login information for your present hosting account along with the name of the site that you’d like to migrate.

A: Customer privacy is truly one of our greatest priorities – because of this, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–class digital certificates. A: Your web site will continue to work exactly like it did before with your former hosting provider. Once we are done with the transfer, your website will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will need to do is edit the name server records for your domain. Your website will be transferred to us without any downtime.

A: While we transfer your website content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will never contact them in any way.

A: We can migrate your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–based hosting platform so long as we can receive access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we cannot transfer are those based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
